Looking for a versatile space for your next event? Look no further than our main hall rental! Perfect for meetings, conferences, presentations, or even parties, our spacious hall provides everything you need to make your event a success.
Payments
We accept all forms of payment for the hire of the main hall, including card payment or cash. Payment is due prior to the start of the event.
Saturday hire only
Our main hall is available for hire on Saturdays between 11am and 11pm. Please check our calendar below to find the best date and time to suit your needs!
£20 per hour
Only £20/hour for a hire of our main hall. Hire includes access to the kitchen and toilets.
Bar hire
All alcohol parties must hire our bar (open from £10/hr) which is run by a local group, pay for a cleaning service (£30) and we require a £30 non-refundable deposit. Our bar can only be hired between 7pm and 11pm.
Drinks are not included in the open bar fee and must be paid separately in cash at the bar during the event.

Alcohol can only be purchased from the bar on the premises. You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol into the West Earlham Community Centre.
Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the building.
Terms and conditions apply to hirers and will be sent with an invoice.
We will book slots with a minimum 1 hour break between bookings. You can choose a term (time) on a calendar when the main hall is available (timetable). We don't allow extra minutes for preparation or clearing up after the party and all must be included in the hire period.
We are not responsible for any items left in the building by clients after a booked party.
We have hold a TheMusicLicence PPL PRS only. We don't have a TV licence.
CCTV security system (24/7)
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, commercial hot water boiler, cooker with oven and microwave.
All hirers should bring their own cutlery, plates and pots.
