We offer many activities for the local community and are happy to work with local creative groups and people who want to showcase something of value to others. West Earlham Community Centre invites you to hire its facilities. We have a large main hall, a fully equipped kitchen and four toilets.
Our office is open by appointment only. We are licenced by TheMusicLicence PPL PRS. WECC is managed under a lease with NCC by Norfolk Polonia CIC organisation.

All alcohol parties must hire our bar (open from £10/hr), which is run by a local group, and pay for a cleaning service (£30). Our bar can only be hired between 7pm and 11pm.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Alcohol can only be purchased from the bar on the premises. You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol into the West Earlham Community Centre. We will book slots with a minimum 30 minute break between bookings. You can choose a term (time) on a calendar when the main hall is available (timetable). We don't allow extra minutes for preparation or clearing up after the party. All must be included in the hire period.
Our building has a CCTV security system (24/7).
You can also hire our conveniently located meeting room, near the building's main entrance. The room comfortably fits 10 people and is equipped with chairs, tables, and an HDMI TV. For £12 per hour, it's a popular choice for NHS and therapeutic sessions. Contact us today to book the room!
